Previously, I spent a lot of time showing the clothes you needed to have or how to save your money while shopping. However, there is one more important detail in creating a fantastic outfit. Can anyone guess what I’m talking about? Yes, the topic for today will be accessories and how they might complement an outfit!

It is the point where things are starting to mix up. Sneakers or high-heels, earrings or a necklace, a watch, or a bracelet? What should I choose and what is stylish this year? In 2020 most designers and stylists refer to a minimalist approach. It means that you don’t need to overload the outfit by wearing everything together. Here is the list of accessories that you can have a look at.

If we think about bags this season, we will definitely see more soft clutches and bucket bags. Also, stylists recommend choosing bright colours such as orange, neon pink, blue, or green. On this occasion, it will serve as a colourful accent to an outfit. I would like to have one, and I think this trend will remain stylish within the upcoming seasons.

When it comes to accessories like earrings, bracelets, or necklaces, I’m losing my patience. Sometimes, what is really fashionable doesn’t suit me. Large chain necklaces and hoop earrings are trendy this season. You should definitely buy some. It will be a great contribution to your wardrobe. In addition, you can wear these accessories both for formal and informal occasions.

Notice that belts still maintaining its position as a fashion trend. In 2020 you can combine them with your dress or wear them over a jacket. Mostly, you will need this trick for the informal looks, but you can always wear a simple black belt with your shorts or jeans.

Finally, my favorite one this season which is multi-coloured sunglasses frames. I fell in love with the recent collection of Rihanna. Fenty released a collection of these sunglasses a while ago, if you haven’t checked yet, I would recommend you look at some of them.

For some reason we all have individual preferences when it comes to inspiration. That’s absolutely normal because every person is unique. I mentioned in my previous post that regarding fashion today, we have so many sources to inspire ourselves. Some people prefer to read fashion magazines like Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar. While for others, influencers and bloggers seem to be the main source for trends and fashion. Personally, I have found influencers to be very creative and talented on social media.

Let me take this moment to introduce Leonie Hanne. I came across her Instagram page quite recently, but it instantly grabbed my attention. My first impression was simply wow, she’s terrific. Now her Instagram page has over 2 million followers and no wonder why. Leonie is absolutely a pro in being stylish. I like how she’s managing her content. It’s pretty obvious that Leonie has great skillsets in video production. Just spend a minute and watch some of her latest work, I promise you’ll like it!

Moving on, and my next recommendation would be Marianna Eliseeva. She is an absolutely gorgeous woman and a talented stylist as well. In addition to an Instagram page with about 400, 000 followers, she runs a personal YouTube channel. It’s mostly content like shopping vlogs, fashion interviews and fashion tips. I like her stylistic approach and If you check her work, you will get what I mean. She’s showing how to convert a casual look into something fascinating. Marianna is definitely worth your attention.

Last but not least, there is Camille Charriere. This woman needs no introduction because her blog is very popular on social media. With an audience close to a million, she has introduced her minimalist approach in fashion on a large scale. Camille has introduced the @fashionnofilter podcast where she gives her insights into the fashion industry. Also, she tends to have a charming personality, which is hard thing to overlook these days.

That’s it, now you know my favorite fashion bloggers on Instagram. I hope that you’ll have a chance to go through every page and find something special for yourself.

Trends tend to change very fast. You barely wore that dress, but it’s already out of fashion? I know what you mean, and I had the same issue before. Sometimes I was buying clothes with no general conception of how to match them with my wardrobe. These purchases were useless. As a result, each time it bothered methat I was wasting money. There was no one to say that shopping can be preplanned and eventually I might save a lot of money.

Nowadays, you can find different hints and tips regarding fashion on social media platforms. Just have a look at Instagram or Facebook. You can learn the basics of fashion or at least follow the latest trends. Even YouTube can be your source forthis specific information. One way or another, I need to tell you this secret of how to save money and, at the same time, look like you have a personal stylist. The answer is quite simple – combine fashion capsules! You can do that on your own or might ask for help from a person qualified in the fashion industry. The capsule might consist of 15 – 20 pieces, which perfectly match each other.

Recently, I came across one interesting Instagram page. It was the page of two young stylists from Kiev. I instantly fell in love with their work and their style. Therefore, I decided to text them! They only asked me to fill out a survey, which included questions about my preferences and style. They can combine a capsule based on your previous style preferences, body type, and even appearance. I figured out what colours will suit me the best and how I can hide my flaws. Also, they added some interesting details, including accessories. The most important thing was that they attach the links to each piece of clothing you need. So, then you can buy everything on the same day. I found this experience fascinating because you can ask for professional advice.

Don’t be afraid to try something absolutely new! Fashion capsules are simply great and will save your money!

Maintaining a fashion blog during the pandemic is a challenging task to accomplish. I was deprived of any opportunity to visit shopping malls or outlets. Basically, the ideas and plans that I kept in mind never got a chance to be implemented into real life. However, online shopping seemed to be a good alternative for desperate shopaholics, including myself. In my previous post I mentioned some brands that provide good customer service, no matter what.

Today is a new chapter because shopping malls are officially opened!

Yes, it happened, I went to the Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre this morning. Would it be weird if I said that I forgot that feeling of just walking around with hangers in my hands? It sounds tricky but I really missed these times. Of course, you need to follow some simple rules like staying in a line and sanitizing your hands before going inside the store. One thing that I liked was seeing people complying with regulations and respecting each other.

Now, let’s move to the most important part — actual shopping. I can honestly, say that my expectations were set a little too high. It’s been a long time since I have shopped conventionally. It’s like having a cheat meal after a long diet. While at Vaughn Mills I got tired of waiting in lines and not having access to fitting rooms. As a result, the only difference I’ve noticed between real and online shopping is that you don’t need to wait for a delivery.

To be honest, I recommend visiting the shopping mall only if you really miss this experience and tired of deliveries. Otherwise, online shopping is pretty much the same.

Today we are witnessing something extremely unusual. Who would ever think that life would take such an abrupt turn? I bet no one was ready to face the pandemic and be deprived of their favorite things.

As the number of cases continued to grow, the shopping malls and other small and medium-sized businesses were forced to close their doors. It has isolated people from the real world, which is quite sad. I never thought that simple things like doing groceries would matter so much. However, as the saying goes you appreciate things after you lose them!

As an international student who came to Canada with a 23 kg suitcase, I faced a bit of a challenge. I was always postponing shopping due to the loaded schedule I had at school. Meanwhile, everything seemed to be normal, but was it really?

I came to the conclusion that online shopping wasn’t a bad idea anymore. While exploring different websites, I came across discounts and appealing offers. Let me introduce the top 3 brands that can accommodate online shopping best. First of all, I would like to mention H&M. I know that it’s not surprising that I’m mentioning one of the biggest clothing companies in the world, but I am! It has amazing discounts and a large variety of clothes to offer. Personally, I bought some basic stuff like t-shirts, hoodies and a dress.

The next brand is ZARA. When it comes to buying shoes online, I prefer this brand. It has affordable prices and the shoes are very stylish. Also, ZARA offered a wide range of discounts on outwear, cardigans, and clothes from previous collections.

Finally, I would wrap up my top 3 with SIMONS. I found this online shopping experience to be the most interesting one. On its website you can find everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. You can even adjust the price you want, and the site will show things according to your preferences.

It was not a bad experience in general, and I like the idea of not standing in a huge line. However, I would appreciate the shopping experience I am used to, the one where I can actually walk into a store!

Art can save the world! Do you agree with me? If yes, you’re in the right place. I would like to introduce some of my artistic thoughts here. All you guys are artists anyway. You don’t need to be a painter, dancer or writer to call yourself as an artist. In the modern world it’s much easier to express yourself. Let’s assume that fashion is a distinct piece of art. Just have a look at your wardrobe, be creative when it comes to outfits.

OK, you might have a question “where can I find inspiration?” Easy task. You can always check the websites VOGUE or Harper’s BAZAAR, then read fashion magazines like ELLE or just follow fashion bloggers on Instagram or Twitter. Today, social networks are overwhelmed with this kind of information. However, the easiest way will be to follow my blog.

On this page, I’m going to keep you informed about all the latest trends. What color did the PANTONE chose for 2020?  Midi length or Maxi? High heels or Sneakers for your every day look? How to spend less but at the same time be stylish? I’ll be gathering information from different sources and my main aim is timeliness. Because fashion has one well known trait-it’s constantly changing, but it’s even more fun. In this case we’ll have more instruments to find our own style and passion.

Do you still keep saying that you have nothing to wear, but at the same time your wardrobe does not fit in your closet? It really is such a typical dilemma. Buying stuff and being stylish are two opposite things! If we’re being honest, I would prefer to have less clothes, and the reason is simple. First of all, it’s about quality. You can have 5 pairs of shoes in your closet and perfectly fit them with half of your wardrobe. Secondly, it’s a good way to develop your own style. There is no reason to buy ten coats in ten different colors if you don’t know how to mix them with the rest of your outfit. It’s just a waste of time and money.

Honestly, you need no more than 20 pieces of clothes for the upcoming season. It’s spring outside, and finally we have good weather. From a personal stand point, this time of year is perfect for being stylish! For example, let’s take a second to think about all the trench coats, leather jackets and hats we can wear now!

It’s also important to make sure that you have a good pair of jeans, black pants, some casual t-shirts in both white and black. Please don’t forget the value of one little black dress! Also don’t forget about how good cardigans look with a nice long trench coat. It’s definitely a must-have this season. Then buy some sweatshirts and a basic turtleneck as well. In terms of shoes it’s even less work to do! Two pairs of sneakers, oxfords, chelseas and heels would be enough to complement the look. Now, you know the recipe for having a perfect wardrobe!

Well, I know that under the current circumstances people need a distraction. Despite tons of entertainment that you can find online, I think I can offer you something even more interesting. Originally, I aimed to provide useful information in the world of fashion.  My previous post is a small preface to a long-lasting story. If you haven’t checked it yet it’s called “Fashion as a distinct piece of art”, then now is the best time to do it. If you have already read it then you are familiar with the basics. However, today I am going to share some new ideas with you all! To start, I want you to answer one simple question: “What things affect your mood every day”?

Recently, I bumped into an article that explains how basic things like coffee, or even a compliment from your colleague could transform your attitude. I was confused because the first thing that came to my mind was fashion. When I walk in with new clothes, God as my witness, I feel like I’m starring in a music video. That’s a joke, but I think you get what I mean. If you like the reflection you see in the mirror every day, then it will certainly impact on your mood.

There’s an old expression that says, “you should dress for the things you want”. If what you want is happiness, then what you wear should reflect that! Your outfits do have an impact on your mental state. They can be flattering, comfortable or even inspiring!
